SCENIC CARPENTRY
WALGREEN SCENERY SHOP
Fall 2016 - Spring 2020
During my time at the University of Michigan I worked as a scenic carpenter at the Walgreen Scenery shop building the sets for many of the university's productions. Each year we would work on four main stage shows in the Arthur Miller Theatre and the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre.
During my senior year I was able to spend more time in the shop and was tasked with mentoring freshman students and was able to take on a larger role as Assistant Technical Director on two of the productions that year, shown above.
